Instance and looting problems. Please help!

So, I finally got my server running, and when I walk into an instance, the mobs just stand there, it was impossible to pull without aggroing the 2nd group, is there a way to fix it where they are actually moving around just like the REAL wow servers???

Plus the looting is messed up on Group loot, None of my party members were able to loot anything, but when it's set on Free for all, everyone was able to loot. Please help. Thanks!

BTW, im running Mangos 4629, ScriptDev2150 with Silvermoon 18.5.
