instant cast at 100dex/and reduce azura delay time?

i need help with instant cast
my current instant cast is 150dex i need it to 100dex
and my azura delay is too slow...so i need it much faster

Inside your conf/battle folder open up skill.conf in a word editor of some sort.
Find castrate_dex_scale: and change the value beside it from 150 to 100.
As for the delay... you've seriously lost me there.
What do you mean by the cursor appears too slow... do you mean that the cast time is too long?
