DNS a server 82.179.193.193 and 82.179.192.192

your wan is 195.93.180.160 .. if you are right then centos: 195.93.180.161

The matter is that the server is done for a local network and not the fact that IP 195.93.180.161 is not used on other computer.

This depends on your setup. If you have a router it won't help at all.
