hi i was trying to unlock my iphone 4s 16gb
but ultrasn0w doesnt seem to work(error 256 and error 1)
witch i googled but there was not help for it

then i tryed SAM it installed but it never seem to activate(i read a few tuts)

trying get my optus sim out and this vodafone one in.

any one have any ideas on what i can use?
