I don't see why it's needed to stack font so close to the render. ANyway, I would say it's over contrasted and you sharpened too much. kthx.

Text is sukish, and I think it would be more effective if the background was darker, makes the render seem more proper.

i really have no clue where is a good placement or font or anything like that

needs a border, text needs work also
changing the size of text also helps
