iRose Login shl_ws "INVALID_SOCKET"?

Hi all,
i got a server problem again...
Login and Game server's are still runing but world makes some problems

see:

If i change the Ports the World Server will runing but then the Game Server cant connect to Account Server ...lol

here my ini files:

i hope anyone can help me... :sweatdrop

Account Server is not the loginserver is ok if the gameserver says cant connect to account server

What IROSE Server version your are using ? Arcturus, Alliance or other?

How looks your IROSE Folder . IN Alliance srvDATA Folder their is a subfolder called RR752, RR760, Server Only
My Problem is my login Server cant connect to the sql database. I have try every clue here from forum but nothing works :bomb:

But i cant connect to the server... it always freeze on "Downloading Avatar List"?
