It was never worth it. I hate that retros was independant on the owners getting paid for dumb stuff, just like HabboRW is doing it again lol.
It should have always been a community inspired thing, if that's your view, then yes, you should definitely spark it up and keep it alive. It will be tough though in 2021, just like it'd been tough in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020.
I personally regret every second of time I waste on retro projects as I know the community won't grow and the people don't care. The retro community aspect died years ago imo
That being said, I love coding and continue to use retros for learning / boredom itches as it's still meditative in a way. Just don't get personally involved with hopes of a hotel growing
