Issues with Character Selection and Login Mir2

Bascially, i enter a account name password lets me into the char selection screen and then i create a new char, click start and it comes up with an error message saying 'Connection forcefully terminated'. Then i logg out and it says on the DBserver there was a problem with the Tbl_UserMagic. After this when i logg back in to see if the error message comes up again my chars seemed to of dissapeared ;/. Can anyone shed any light on this situation or tell me how to fix it?

if you havnt read the updates doc and changed and added all the fields you may get errors, use this data here instead, and see if you still get the same error
