Ive sumhow got a trojan, help

ive sumhow got a fuckin trojan and i dunno how to get rid of the peice of crap someone plz help

ok i downloaded it and it removed about 14 trojans lol but there is one trojan which cannot be removed with that

this is the log from the scan

or it might of been a auto msg on msn because it sends it self to ppl without the person who has it first knowing that its sending its self out

this will happen on some 1s msn screen
