Finally it's official, and not far off!
After over 20 years of being in development, launch dates being scheduled and rescheduled due to various reasons, billions of dollars, and teams of dedicated hardworking people, this unprecedented piece of human engineering is set to launch this Friday!
For those who know very little or nothing about the JWST, this amazing engineering marvel will allow us to peer back even further than the previous Hubble space telescope did, viewing the universe in a different light (pun intended), and some say could even lead to a scientific revolution and a new understanding of the known laws that govern the universe.
