Java error? L2J

i get this error when i start the login server,,
newest java is installed tried to reinstall aswell still no luck getting it up and running
i'm running on vista 32 bit help is appreciated

already done that still the same problem is occuring any other solutions please write them here..

Might be a problem with the HEXID inside your config/hexid.txt file. Might be having problems reading some characters in the hexid. Be sure your using the "RegisterGameServer.bat" inside your login server folder, to create the hexid properly. Also be sure the HExid in your Gameserver Table inside your database is correct and matches your Server ID number and HEXID inside the hexid.txt
