does cabal servers work for singapore and im using windows xp home edition version 2002 kinda old i think anyways does it work on my computer and country if it does please tell me of a guide that does work for singapore~~

well i checked agian i cant download from some websites or maybe there are 1 or 2 links that go to wrough web so i can never download the whole thing lol

seriously on one of his guides i downloaded everything but my computer sees it all as music files and when i click em it looks like music to me and nothing else...
