Is it possible to play Cabal on one terminal with the server running in one terminal with no internet connection and no local network. because i,m planing to test it out first, just downloaded all flies needed from chumpies 2.5v guide.

You can run everything on one PC if you wish, but it's definitely not a good idea. You will lag like mad, and you may get confused when it takes way too long to log in, and think that you did something wrong, when it's just lag causing it. I'd suggest running the server on a seperate machine if you want to test.

Ok thanks for the advise i just installed all the files im one terminal and you were right i am experiencing lags.
