lol digital paintings require ALOT of time, and i recommend getting a digital tablet it is abled to be done on a mouse but it requires much more time, and the end result = very bad unless you know what you are doing xD.

But even with a digital tablet, you will still need to

" Practice, practice, practice " >.> i'll go practice some more lol, i still have trouble with hair and backgrounds Y_Y

Am still working on the outer lines and basic facial features. It's a pain indeed.
