KalOnline Client Config Error

Never thought I need help with such a little problem, but anyway, I am here now.

Installed a fresh KalOnline Client after 4-5 Month KalOnline break. (KalOnlineSetup060523)
Now I do add the config.pk from a friend. I got Vista 32 Bit installed on my PC so his engine.exe doesn't got that fix. I downloaded a engine.exe and hshield folder that got it already.
After starting my Kal via x.bat I get an error.
NULL NULL -> Config Error on Statusbar.

Got it working one time, dont know how, after that a new error popped up.
There is a problem with Anti-Hacking function...

I dont know how to fix that, because on other Servers its fully working.
I used UniteD Kal CreW Full Client for testing and I can connect to them without any problems.

PS: His config.pk is full working. Tested by 2-3 people he told me. So the problem must be on my side.

are u sure that all pw's are the same ?
the engine u downloaded has the vista fix and same pw ?

u might forgot ...

Followed this Guide to create my Engine

WITHOUT KOCP
Passwort Standart: JKSYEHAB#9052
Used PK Advanced Editor to edit my fresh installed config.pk with PW JKSYEHAB#9052
Repacked it with the Editor to PK Swordcrypt.
Puttet back in my KalFolder
Start Game -> Error


EDIT: My point of progress now:
engine.exe doesnt work corretly, need to close the app.

Fixed the Hackshield stuff...
Anyone a idia?

go back to your backup coppy of the config , befor you used the advanced editor on it
(assuming you made a backup)
open it with winrar, drag all out of it into a new folder then drag it back into the rar and give it your new pass do same for e.pk and it should work fine,

the vista fix ,when hex editing, there is 4 lines identical , make sure you replace all 4 with the line for the fix
replace all ,

I just replaced 1 of the 4 Vista Fixes, didnt saw that marked Replace All button on the Guide
