KOAM error

everytime i try to make an account with koam it gives me this error. Can somebody help?

I am using SQL Server 2005 express edtition.

The error message says that "the user is not associated with an authenticated sql server connection". Anybody knows this error?

it's because KOAM connect just with (local) and the username sa wihtout any password. But MSSQL need the full server name blabla.
My tip: use a .php register script or edit KOAM if you can
