Because there are still some people which are looking for the decrypted npc files:

Tutorial:
1) Download the files
2) Unpack them on your desktop
3) Copy the Golem and Kobolt.mrs to yourclient\model\npc
4) Play!

Credits:

RZ GunZ, i took the xmls from there and then mixed them with my files
Ijji, for the npc's and maps
Me, for releasing this, mixing the xml's and "Stealing" and packing the files from ijji.
