kocp splash screen

well i was wondering... is there any way of changing the splash screen for kocp? i mean its done here, but how did pyramids do it?

how exactly would i go about adding my own splash screen? i cant open protect_.dll in armadrillo. neither with engine.exe

for change KOCP splashy screen...i search on google about dll editor....and i got a programe to do this.. and edited Protect_.dll and changed the picture .....but sry i dont remember programe name...cuz this from about 6 months ago.
