L2 Client need Port inbound or outbound unblocked? L2O

Hey guys,
Im trying to get L2 to work for college connections and was wondering if someone could tell me if L2 on the CLIENT side needs the inbound or outbound traffic on port 7777 unblocked(or both?)? Thanks!
