Lags and disconnect 1 ?

Some 1 know wat can make This lags and disconnect server 1 ??

Its not PC and internet...it i can afirm sure...

i think have some error in sqlserver...why yesterday this is using 500mb of memory , and now its use only 150 o.0

have you added any new mobs..? if so check them
had similar prob when i was playing with some custom xmas mobs. soon as i spawned the mob i got that .. got same messages for about 20 seconds the dc`d also server errors and needs restarting..

somebody has ideia of that it can be the problem?

my sqlserver using 1,2GB of memory
and my server.exe use 320MB
average of 200 players online
