It's good to see some layouts being released.
I've noticed a couple of things with this design which shouldn't be too hard to fix. Firstly the content box in the middle is far too small to actually use properly. Try expanding the whole design to have more space.
Secondly is the fact the boxes on the left one of them has a rogue shadow. Just above the third box (silver one) there is a random line of shadow which is unnecessary.
You should play around with padding too and try to make the boxes have space around them. As well as centring the text within the left boxes and the bottom copyright bar.
