I need a layout (designed, not coded)

I would like a box at the top for a 800x150 size banner.

I would like it dark colours and MMORPG like.

I want nice borders, and if you want to add images, then I'd like nice images too (Images of MMORPG characters)

Please use your imagination.. Here's a little sketch I did on paint of the general idea, and what goes where.

I know it's a horrible image, but it's just to give you a general idea

Please make it, and post it here.

If you can code it, and have spare time, please do that also, if you want.
