Can you show me the line stating illegal operation for editing client for your own emulator or own server buildbased on Roseonline released EULA?

I think to make the emulator itself already illegal based on the piracy policy in most cuontries, but again I dont think anyone care tho. Plus the woprd "illegal" is vary from one to another country.

I want to edit the graphic inside the client myself, so if its illegal, I would like to know if they have any statements from Roseonline stating it, and of course if its there I wont change anything in the client folder.
