Letting others connect to my server

Hello, I been trying to find a guide to let people connect to my server but the best I could find was to put make people put my WAN IP into the sclientinfo.xml file inside the data folder to let them connect. Is there any file I need to give them? They already have the RO files of another server. Thanks.

Yes, but make sure you have forwarded the ports.

Well I already unblocked the 3 ports the server use. What do you mean by fowarding the ports?
