lineage 1 server request

I am interested in creating a server, lineage 1 hardcore, very low rates, to replicate the original lineage experience. No benefits or items when starting the game. But I have no experience in creating servers. or simply create my own server to play alone with those features. I am willing to bear all the costs of creating the server, as well as the maintenance costs.

If anyone understands about this topic, I would greatly appreciate it.
