Login server problems :(

Well i got rev 20 up to date DB i put the stb's in my rose folder along with the login.exe char.exe world.exe
so i start the login char and world server they start fine with no prblem but i went to my site and it sayed

login:OFFLINE
char:ONLINE
world:ONLINE

so i was like hmm maybe its just the code in my website.
so i try and login to my server to test and and i couldent get on.
when i looked at the login server is said nothing

not sure what is wrong i got all my Ip's set to 127.0.0.1

Don't Char,World and Login have their own server IP? Did u check that?
And of course you cant connect with that IP. I'm not Rose server expert but I had a server once.

Yes you can connect with 127.0.0.1 and i have checked all the Ip's and there all ok

More Info might be helpful.
Like What you got in MYSQL, what is your launcher info, do you have navicat? if so did you test connection? server config.ini etc.

Its not the launcher.
I tested navicat and its fine
