Just play around with the text a bit.
Try to put it behind the ring and make it more massive. Maybe it looks nice =x

He means that the red dot is not in the center of the circle, and I quite agree. It's "geometrically incorrect" if you was intended to have it centered. So right now it looks like it's at the top edge. Like (*) lol.

It's supposed to look like the red cylinder is touching the upper inner side of the circle...

Change the text style and font. And I feel that changing the viewing angle of the logo might make it look real good. Like just raise it a lil bit?
