Looking for an alternative program to:

So there's this program out there called "MurGeeMon", which lets you do all sorts of things with your monitor that I'm not interested in, but there is one thing it does, however, which interests me: the ability to 'mirror' any application's window into another window. The second window acts as a viewport, nothing more, nothing less.

I'm wondering if anyone knows programs similar to this, so with this 'window cloning' ability? Perhaps one that lets you interact with the 'clone' window? Or one that has command line options for launching it?
