Looking for Characterinfo.txt compiler to Characterinfo.bin support for client v2.0

hi, im looking and requesting for compiler Characterinfo.txt to Characterinfo.bin support for latest TOP client v2.0.....i have gameserver.exe from folder xhdw1[1].10 but only iteminfo.bin worked on TOP client v2.0.... Characterinfo.bin not working on TOP client v2.0... can someone release compiler for that ....its really big help to make it working on .....TOP client v2.0.....

there isn't any compiler, delete the Characterinfo.bin and the server make a new from the Characterinfo.txt if i remember good
