At the start locations.

If you are in Orgrimmar now, then do ".start" and the portal should be near there

perhaps clarification is in order
the portals mafiboy refers to are to the shopping mall

these are located at ALL start areas
and typically near the entrance to all capital cities

for portals to other cpaital cities you will need to generate those yourself

easy enuff to do
just stand where you want a protal and then type

.gobject spawn entryID 1 (the 1 makes the portal permanent so make sure you stand where you want your portal to be)

the most relevant entryID's are:
entryID - Location
183384 - Shattrath

183322 - IronForge
176296 - Stormwind
176498 - Darnassus
182351- Exodar

176499 - Orgrimmar
176500 - Thunder Bluff
176501 - Undercity
182352 - Silvermoon
