Mage Spell - Blizzard not slowing mobs

Hey guys =]

I was able to set up my Antrix server just fine following Julian's Guide (thanks!) but it seems when I cast Blizzard on any mob they run full speed towards me. It has yet to slow a single mob.

I have duplicated my Frost Mage from my paid account (yes i still have one), with all items, skills and talents.
Everything should work property.

I have even tried different Rev's of Antrix and have also installed a working Mangos server.

At the moment I am using the most updated WoW client with Antrix Rev...(sh!t, can't remember, I'm at work lol)

Anyone possibly have an answer for this?

Anyone else have this problem? Or a fix in the database?

Not all talents work yet. Still a work in progress on all classes and items etc. The antrix core is still being updates constantly so id just watch for it.
