Apparently they are launching RaiderZ again in collaboration with maiet / masangsoft. Anyone have more info? There are also rumors about GunZ on Reddit.

Maiet is completely dead so that is false, Masangsoft bought license of Webzen. Webzen original bought license off Maiet.
RaiderZ Re-launching is indeed true, Masangsoft will let Kakao ( Publishers of Black Desert online ) Publish their game.

MAIET Murio and Masangsoft will continue with the developments of the old games, maybe this is the case, but MAIET will close for life.
