Is there currently a fix for the problem with reading mail? I've seen some people that have working mail.

all i had to do was uncheck "automatically adjust clock for daylight savings time" under control panel\date time\time zone

Put your clock settings at +GMT=09:00 Seoal Time...or something like that.
