is it possible to enable mailing system if yes how?

The mailing system is not enabled in the official game so there isn't much we can do as the panels for composing message don't even exist as far as i know (never seen any hint of them in the client). There is enough in the DBs to let us send emails via tools but the delay between send and recieve make even that fairly pointless to be honest and there is no popup to tell people they have mail so few people realise they have stuff sitting in their inbox.

yeah this is not available right even you if are using some cabal tools.
