Majour Stuck bug! L2J

After so long of hosting the files, all of a sudden every1 is stuck and canot move so i have to reboot.....

Has anybody else had this problem and how can i fix this please.

What version of:
- Java
- L2 Server
- MySQL
- Windows
- Memory

memeory = 3.2Gig
L2 server = L2Jfree Gracia
MySQL = MySQL 5 i think
Java = java 6 (latest)
Windows = Vista
Internet speed = 1-2MB (Low i know but gerrin dedi soon)

lol! trying to host a server on windows vista and with just 3GB of ram... basically that stupid OS uses all your ram lol...
