make wyvern spawn?

i just added the school dungeons to the RMSvrScript.ini today, and went to SD 3, but there was no wyverns, since there is no mop file for school dungeon 3, I couldnt change the spawn time.

Anyway Im wondering if the wyvern will spawn by default or if I need to do something to make it spawn.
