Making RO Private Server IP Need Put Which 1..

Someone know how to make a RO server 24hour?without hamachi.
and i make all thing on forum are finnish when login there write reject login
Cannot use the following to connect:
* Your ip whatsmyip.com
* Your np-ip or dynamicip hoster

i maked all finnish ... just left this step.. cannot use that 2 link IP , still got what IP can i use ?

just put on char and map no-ip and subnet 255.255.255.255:WANIP:WANIP

And when i go in my RO are no NPC, no Monster , no New JOB, no Protal! how come! .
when i summon monster just get erorr.. feel very sad .. waste alot time download RO make like that =.="

2 possible problem 1st client u need to use kro & sak 0911 2nd if you are using the leatest ea server the effect is lagg + No npc + no mobs. i already try this its sucks ok cxa...
