Hello again. So I tried to make the server public by changing the IP in LEN.ini to my IP and also in worldGMS.properties/channel.properties.

However my friend still cant access the server. I checked my IP in ipchicken.com/whatismyip.com and its still the same so i don't know whats wrong. I've read that I need to hex edit the Launcher.exe in LEN v116 but when I try to find 127.0.1/localhost nothing appeared. Hope that someone could help me. Thanks in advance again! :D

I've done all three except serverconstant.java. Are you referring to this?
Code:
  public static final byte[] Gateway_IP = new byte[]{(byte) 8, (byte) 31, (byte) 98, (byte) 52};

Did you portforward?
Yes I did :D

Yeah that part in ServerConstant you have to change to your Ip. But when doing it you have to do precisely how they are shown inside of it.

public static final byte[] Gateway_IP = new byte[]{(byte) 8, (byte) 31, (byte) 98, (byte) 52};

Say my Ip is 25.177.193.155 After every period you have to split it apart so it's shown like that.
Eg. public static final byte[] Gateway_IP = new byte[]{(byte) 25, (byte) 177, (byte) 193, (byte) 155};
