where i can download the new DBC for server Burning Crusade? please upload a link for me.. how to edit DBC file? which program i can use to edit DBC file? is the emulator always have bug? can the talent, skill, quest, etc work appropriate clearly?

And how to edit the DBC's, i use Navicat MySQL.

i doubt you can edit the DBCs with navicat mighty... to edit them, convert them to CSV and edit them with CSVed. yamachi wrote a little guide a few posts before this i think.
