Mangos Amber repack Website forum Prob

hey guys , im having a bit of a wierd problem
i have my website up and running
and forum too but i am having touble loggin into forum admin
the user and pass is mangosadmin
but it says cannot connect , and when i look at the url it says localhost forum
but i switched ports on apache to 8080 instead of 80
so that may be the problem but the 8080 is the only way i can make my website work since cox cable company blocked my port 80
if anybody need the website url plz pm

first:

the standard logins which are precreated are:

Administrator, GM acces [3] full acces
pass: administrator

GameMaster, GM acces [2]
pass: gamemaster

Moderator, GM acces [1]
pass: moderator

player, GM acces [0]
pass: player

it could be "what you use" the login of the SQL database.
This would be Login: Root, Pass: mangos, this is to connect and edit you database.

or:
did you maybe chansed the Index.php name to example: index2.php, all page's are written to contact up with index.php.

or:
edit the config.xml: line,
<site_domain>localhost, 127.0.0.1</site_domain>
<email_href>localhost, 127.0.0.1</email_href>
<base_href>localhost, 127.0.0.1</base_href>

edit the localhost, 127.0.0.1 lines to: you EXTERNAL WAN ip, or Domain name wich is registered on your WAN ip.
