[Mangos]Creating New Commands

I've searched around and haven't been able to find much on the subject here or anywhere else really, i've been to mangosproject.org as well, I can't figure this out. I know how to write LUA which I know is what commands are written in, but how do I incorperate the command into the server? For example, if I made a command to teleport them to Gurubashi Arena, where would I place it? eg. Do I make a gurubashiarenateleport.LUA and put it in a specific folder or put the code in commands.LUA? (Making up the file names, I don't know if those are real files or what). If any of you can help me out please make a post here, thanks in advance.

Uh... Honestly if you are looking to edit Game objects and spells etc. Then why not just use a Sql editor ?

1. Edit spells with an SQL editor...? What are you talking about? Their in the DBCs...
2. Read the below....

Umm... can you actully read the post please? I want to know how to make COMMANDS, eg. .level, .tele, whatever. (Not those commands, I mean my own custom full scale commands).
