Why do you think you should be GM?: The reason that I am applying is to help at the server as much as I can with anything that is needed, I would make the players feel suitable to their satisfaction. I like helping people with problems whether they are newcomers or veterans on the server, I also understand the pressure of being a GM and I know what to expect.
Which position are you applying for? GM. (Coder, GFX, GM)
How do you resolve fights?: I would speak to each one in private to see their side of the story and get any proof if they have any, I would also ask around the community to see who's lying and who's not.
Do you agree that you will not abuse your power in anyway?: I Agree.

8-10 hours a day (usually).

How many hours do you usually play Maple?
4-5 hours a day.

Why do you think you should be GM?
I believe I should become a GM in your server so that I can be there to help you and the server progress into a better server. I have a lot of experience as for I have been working with MapleStory private servers ever since v.55. I know what the players expect out of a great, outgoing, and friendly gm. I'm also capable of the duties that is expected and required for a gm.

How do you resolve fights?
Split both players up, check to see what the story behind the argument is, see if they both have some type of proof/witness of what happened, possibly jail both for a good 5 minutes.
