What is different between this:
PHP:
MaplePacketLittleEndianWriter mplew = new MaplePacketLittleEndianWriter(17);
and this:
PHP:
MaplePacketLittleEndianWriter mplew = new MaplePacketLittleEndianWriter();

On most standard IDEs for Java you can press control and then click the method/variable to go to the line of code where the method or variable is defined. So where MaplePacketLittleEndianWriter is used, hold down control while clicking the class name and it will take you to the file. Clicking the constructor will take you to the constructor defintion, where you will find documentation (or at least figure out what it does by reading code). The default is 32 bytes I believe, so doing MaplePacketLittleEndianWriter(17) saves 15 bytes.
