MapleStory 2.0 (Anyone wanting to go there, think again!)

MAPLE STORY 2.0

This, is a hoax, and a really bad one at that.
I was pretty bored, so me and my friend decided to show some proof of how fake this server really is.

First, I posted on their forums several times, ten minutes and the admin finally notices and decides he SUDDENLY releases a Patch 2.2 to get the client to work. It's just a big advertising scam and I feel sorry for the people re-downloading the entire client.

Ok well first of all, this caught my eye about the recently released Patch 2.1 that was suppose to fix the previous .EXE from displaying, "To big to fit into memory" error.

Notice... it's a Microsoft Zone.com executable, and a German one at that..
Did some Google searching and found this, LINK
He's just modified the .EXE but esentially it's the same.

Ok well, they people at the forum weren't convinced so I had to link them to the real .DLL that the Patch 2.1 came with, UNIANSI.DLL. and showed them the error that occured when it was placed in the folder.

Anyway, after that I posted this other picture to show that the two .DLL's were completely different, and the one he hosted for download only had two functions the real one had more and produced that German error.

But anyway, he's just been using the forum to grab advertising hits, probably some money benefit for him. I mean every link on the forum activates an ad module. Check it out if you like, Log In

ms 2.0 was a hoax realized long before.......pictures are edited at x8 veiw anyway, wouldn't even need to do a full scale search, every single one is a GMK or a fake, cept for the few who are in development
