mapserver don't running......

It's Error Mesage this:Connection to map server fail.
What's problem?
Please as soon as answer.....
P.S.Mapcenter is running still but this mesage.....

\bin\config .. the rmserver.ini file .. make a backup copy first !
Then edit in notepad
Go the section that states [MapCenter]

look for the tcp/ip addresses . . with port numbers right after them
change these values to your servers ip address ...
save then close the ini file
restart the svmapcenter
should fix problem
