despite what they say milk is actually very bad for you.
made up of complex proteins its very hard for your body to actually digest any of it.
amongst other things it encourages the over production of mucus, making it harder to breathe properly
Humans are the only animal to carry on drinking milk after infancy, so why do we drink it?
i was talking to my instructor and he was telling me about a welsh farmer who had the idea of selling the milk because he didnt want to waste it, as cows were still producing it after the calves were taken away
up until this point they were only farmed for thier meat.
and despite all of this, the amoun of chemicals and pesticieds your taking in when you drink milk is incredible
everything the cows have eaten that has had pesticides on at some point will flow through the food chain into you
everything the milk has been treated with is also finding its way into your body.
Not too mention you get more calcium from a glass of water.
just a thought.
