I thought it was fun.. Hooking up a good amount of ppl that ACTUALLY know the game is a much better idea, though.... Plus he was mainly doing it to see how well some of the stuff he added worked.
u allways can make a guild of friends that live near each other and then when there is a sabukk war every1 goes 2 a lan or sets one up anyways i would never play mir 2 on a lan unless i could bring my mouse and keyboard

hahaha, 1,500 for a mir account... thats fukin st00pid... buying pixels are we? haha look at it this way u buy it for 1,500 u play with it u have fun and news comes up just like it did a year ago saying mir was gonna shut down and ...u die... coz u just spent a holiday on pixels... (although it didnt shutdown)
hmm i actually have a comment about the lan thing you were talking about, a good way to go by this is to use the program battlelan it simulates a lan between X number of people. it is very useful as there is less lag and you can choose when you want the server up ratehr than having it up 24/7
