Mirror effect

The black gradient that moves across, the opacity should be lowered, because it's a bit too dark.

thz zorobz ^^

And yeah i was thinking something along those lines, io*.. What do u think about the animation like this:

Stock pic of someones hand cut it, new layer in image, then have the hand go up towards the mirror, and when the hand getrs to the mirror, a 'pushing' effect.. I could do that by cutting out only the hand (not the arm) and rotating it. Thats when the mirror effect kicks in.. The mirror will be in another layer, and we will use a stock image of a backseat (lol) and use ctrl+g so that the backseat image will be visible only through the mirror. Then in the animation, as the mirror moves, so does the backeat image. We could also add a low opacity white gradient, to move along the mirror as it moves What do u think?

Sounds as if it'll work RsX. Except it'll take alot of perfecting to get everything to work alongside each other. Maybe you should try it in steps, hand moving first, and getting the mirror effect working, then try adding the backseat later, to make it easier on yourselves.
