Mmm, Help please?

Ok, We all know we need the same Zitem.xml and Shop.xml client sided and server sided, I added, Alot of customs and the client is still starting, But my matchserver isn't anymore :|
And the matchserver log doesn't make it clear =S

Matchserver log:

nhn server mode is real
Load XML from memory : strings.xml(0x0001) - SUCCESS
Load XML from memory : cserror.xml(0x0001) - SUCCESS
[06/03/09 23:38:33] Read Item Descriptor Failed

I really need help! Thank in advance!

Your XML isn't valid, check them in IE and fix them, should do it.

I had '&' in one of the descr.
Gunz doesn't read '&'

And you don't need to have shop.xml on your client, it's just server-sided.
