I have updated the original post with a fresh link.

Attached below is the removal of recaptcha + email activation which has been asked about ever so often in the thread and also my dm. I was kind enough to give it to another person who is just not using it so i figure why not release it here.

I will not be updating the link anymore or providing help due to things going on in my life currently.

Hello guys, I set it up correctly following the video tutorial, but when I try to start the cabal through the launcher it keeps renaming it again as if there was an update.

Olá gente, configurei corretamente seguindo o tutorial em video, porém quando tento iniciar o cabal através do launcher ele fica reninciando aperto de novo renincia como se existisse alguma atualização.

PROBLEM :
You must be registered to see links

you have to change some things in the launcher for it to work properly the update.
if you do not have knowledge to edit the launcher I suggest you open the game without it.

if it's not missing xdata then I think the directory in the solution is incorrect, see the condition on the file itself
